- 250g dry fish
- Finely sliced onion
- 2 or3 green chilies
- 2 table spoon red chili flakes
- 3 tablespoon oil ( vegetable oil / coconut oil)
- Cut the dry fish in to cubes and soak them in warm water for 5 minutes. Then wash dry fish with fresh water for several times and keep it asaid.
- Heat a fry pan with oil and fry the dry fish until it become golden brown.
- Then add onion, green chilies, chili flakes in to the fry pan and let them cook for 5-10 minutes.
- It is ready to serve.
