Hot and spicy dry fish

Ingredients:

  • 250g dry fish
  • Finely sliced onion
  • 2 or3 green chilies
  • 2 table spoon red chili flakes
  • 3 tablespoon oil ( vegetable oil / coconut oil)

Method:

  • Cut the dry fish in to cubes and soak them in warm water for 5 minutes. Then wash dry fish with fresh water for several times and keep it asaid.
  • Heat a fry pan with oil and fry the dry fish until it become golden brown.
  • Then add onion, green chilies, chili flakes in to the fry pan and let them cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • It is ready to serve.
