1 cup grated fresh coconut
Finely chopped 5 or 6 red onions
3 or 4 dried red chilies
Salt to taste
Lime juice to taste
1 teaspoon Maldives fish flacks
- Grind the red onions, dried red chilies, salt and Maldives fish flakes using a grinder or mortar and pestle until it become nice red paste.
- Then take the paste off to a bowl and add grated coconut in it.
- Mix the paste and grated coconut by hand until coconut completely mixed with the paste.
- Then add lime juice to taste and mixed it well.
- Now it’s ready to taste.
